Vide order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.3970 of 2024, this Court suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., Monday and Friday of every week at 10.30 am. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the said condition.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.
3. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 11.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.3970 of 2024 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am. All other conditions remain unaltered.
