ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint dated 03.10.2021

taken in CSR No.790 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given his car Maruthi Baleno bearing Reg.No.TN78Q7854 to one Yasoda devi on rental basis; but without paying rent, the said Yasoda devi had retained the vehicle and caused troubles; hence the petitioner has given a complaint against her; but so far no action has been taken on the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, current paper enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.790 of 2021 and the same is pending.

5. Since the complaint has been given as early as on 03.10.2021, I

feel it is appropriate for the 2nd respondent to complete enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
