ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the recovery proceedings in Se.Mu.A.No.S6/8246/2022 dated 30.11.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same in the light of the orders passed in W.P.Nos.20331, 20343, 20346, 20348, 20349, 20029, 20033, 20037 and 20042 of 2024, with a further direction to refund the amount already recovered. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel would fairly submit that all the impugned orders have been passed without conducting any enquiry and would further submit that the respondents would like to withdraw the same, without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide charge memorandum dated 12.02.2025.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the impugned orders dated 30.11.2024 are quashed and the matter is remitted back to the respondents for fresh consideration after issuing a fresh notice to the petitioner and pass orders after affording the opportunity of hearing to the 2/4

petitioner.

4.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
