This petition has been filed for extension of time to execute the sureties and comply the condition imposed on the petitioner as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18764 of 2024 by order dated 07.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was unable to comply the condition due to ill health and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
