in S.A.No.372 of 2016 & S.A.No.371 of 2016 P.T. ASHA. J, C.M.P.No.22318 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole appellant.

2. C.M.P.No.22323 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant.

3. C.M.P.No.22315 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 7 in S.A.No.372 of 2016.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and the petitions are ordered as prayed for. 1/3

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Similar petitions have not been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant in the connected Second Appeal, namely, S.A.No.371 of 2016. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that it is only an oversight on her part and that she would rectify the same immediately. Post the matter on 09.03.2023. 10.02.2023 kan 2/3
