This petition has been filed to extend the time in complying with the order of this Court dated 07.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.

19037 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply the conditions, due to death of his close relatives, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for another period of one month.
