The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by a judgment passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.K.Ilanthiraiyan in W.P. No. 7351 of 2017 dated 22.08.2024.

In this case, the petitioner is a Trust, which has been using the vehicle exclusively for the purpose of transporting students and staff of a school being run under the name and style of ''Vruksha Vidhyaashram CBSE School''.

In addition to this, as in the case before the Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.K.Ilanthiraiyan, the petitioner has pleaded that the notice was not served prior to passing of the impugned order.

In view of the order passed in W.P. No. 7351 of 2017 dated 22.08.2024, the order impugned in this writ petition is quashed. 5.

Hence, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
