The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey, measure, demarcate and sub-divide the petitioner's house site property situated in Old Survey No.92/14, New Survey No.436/10, Mettu Street, Thiruppachanur Village, Villupuram District, totally measuring about 4856 sq.ft., within a time frame. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject properties and she made representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the properties and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this 2/4
Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
