Challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 09.11.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat and also sent a notice to the petitioner, in this regard. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
