Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Ref.Pending No.40 of 2002 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the order dated 30.09.2002 made therein and consequently direct the respondents to duly register and release the document pending on the file of second respondent in P.No.28 of 2002 to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The writ petition is filed to quash the order dated 30.09.2002 passed by the first respondent requiring the petitioner to pay the deficit stamp duty and for consequential direction to the respondents to duly register and release the document pending on the file of second respondent in P.No.28 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2002 to the petitioner.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner, when the matter is called today as well as during the earlier hearings on 07.06.2018 and 20.06.2018.

3.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that after filing of the writ petition, the pending document No.28/2002 was registered as Document No.577/09 on 20.09.2009 and subsequently, returned to the parties and that the stamp duty and Registration fees for the said document has been paid by the petitioner and there is no due from him. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
