PRAYER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to direct the respondent No.2 police to execute the Non-bailable warrant dated 27.08.2024 issued by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate,, Fast Track Court-II (at Metropolitan Magisterial Level) Allikulam, Egmore in STC.No.01 of 2024 against Respondent No.3 within the Stipulated period as may be fixed by this Honble Court For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable warrant issued against the third respondent on 27.08.2024 .

2. Though such a direction is sought, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/accused submitted that the accused will voluntarily surrender before the Trial Court within a week and file an application to recall the warrant.

3. In such view of the matter, the accused is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week and file necessary application.
