This application is filed to condone the delay of 581 days in representing the appeal.

It appears that the appeal is filed within the prescribed period of limitation, however, there were some objections in the appeal and they were removed quite belatedly. As such, the delay has been caused in representing.

To remove the objections is the job of the advocate and a litigant cannot suffer for the negligence of the advocate.

In the light of that, the delay of 581 days in representing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
