O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent u/s 145 Cr.P.C in Na.Ka.5164/2021/E dated 27.12.2021 which was confirmed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.14808 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022 and provide police protection to the petitioners based on the representation made by the petitioners dated 10.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has been filed in order to implead the order passed by the first respondent which was confirmed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14808 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022. In this regard, the petitioners made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4, which is still pending.

3.The learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 10.11.2022 is pending.

4.On perusal of the records shows that the representation dated 10.11.2022 is pending before the 4th respondent. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioners as well as the respondents 5 to 9 and pass appropriate orders, based on the order passed by the first respondent, which was also confirmed by this Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
