2. The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2017, seeking to refrain the department from issuing Sales Tax Registration Certificate in favour of the second respondent herein.
3. Taking into account the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.05.2017, the respondents herein are called upon to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2017, as expeditiously as possible. At the time of such consideration, the respondents shall, extend due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as well as, the second respondent herein and pass appropriate orders.
