ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dated 15.02.2017 in Ref.No.A1/11366/2015 and thereby direct the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2017 and to pay all terminal benefits.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the Government Order passed in G.O.(3d)No.35, Agriculture Department, dated 12.03.2019. As per the said order, the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner was disposed of and a punishment of cutting pension was imposed. That being the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken on the grounds raised in the present writ petition and if at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to pursue his remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4
