This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13427 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019, passed by this Court to appear before the trial Court on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. \

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13427 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, 1/3

once in every six months starting from June-2023. In the event of change of address, the petitioner shall intimate the same to the respondent Police as well as to the Registry of this Court.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
