COMMON JUDGMENT ( Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties have agreed for final disposal of these two writ appeals.

We have passed an order on 03.01.2020, modifying the interim order dated 19.11.2019. We are satisfied that the modification of the interim order has served the purpose of both these appeals, which deserve to be disposed of on the said terms. 4.

We accordingly, dispose of these two writ appeals with a direction that the future tendering process shall remain in abeyance subject to any order being passed by the learned Single Judge.

We further make the modified interim order dated 03.01.2020 absolute and dispose of these two appeals with a request to the learned Single Judge to take up the matter at the earliest in order to resolve the controversy. 6.

We further clarify that the word "judgment" occurring in paragraph -3 of the Order dated 03.01.2020 shall stand substituted by the word "undertaking".

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
