This miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore the above writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 16.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the writ petition in W.P.No.5515 of 2020 is restored to file.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve typed set of papers in the writ petitions to Mr.Sathia Chandran today itself. Post the writ petition for final hearing on 02.06.2023.
