This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.1/2015 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Cheyyar and transfer the same before any other Court either at Kancheepuram or Chennai, on the ground that allegation of bias is raised by the then learned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Heard Mr.P.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has already been transferred.
