(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.7856 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7856 of 2023, the respondent has considered the application of the petitioner for issuance of community certificate and passed rejection order dated 18.11.2023 in Na.Ka.No.B1/120/2021. She also produced the copy of the same before this Court and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the rejection order dated 18.11.2023 passed by the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
