ORDER
The petitioner has been filed directing the 1st respondent to provide police protection to cultivate petitioners land situates at Pappampallam Village, Nathahalli Post, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District in Survey No.149/1A measuring to the extend of 1.99.0 hectares and also to enable the petitioner to clean the property and put up fencing around its boundaries and take appropriate action against the Respondents No.2 to 4 based on the petitioners complaint dated 07.08.2025.
2. The petitioner seeks police protection in respect of one acre of land already declared in his favour in a civil suit in O.S.No.84/2006.
3. Mr.R.Thanigai Arasu, learned counsel appeared for the respondents 2 to 5.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
4. The rights of the parties were also the subject matter in CRP.NPD.No.2950 of 2024. This Court has disposed of the said CRP.NPD.No.2950 of 2024 vide order dated 27.11.2024, wherein, the respondents herein have agreed before the Court that they will not interfere
with the possession of the petitioner herein in respect of one acre land. The statement of the respondent has been recorded by this Court in the above CRP.
5. Such view of the matter, still if there is any disturbance, let the petitioner give necessary complaint to the police. On such complaint, police shall accord necessary protection to the petitioner.
