Mr.K.V.Babu, learned counsel for the applicant would state that the Original Petition has been filed for grant of Letters of Administration and the applicant / petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 87 years. Due to her old age, she has become immobile and hence this application. It is further stated that the respondents are not opposing and they have filed consent affidavit.

3. In the light of the above facts, Ms.G.Radhika, Advocate, No.134, Additional Law Chamber, High Court Building [Enrollment No.2442/2012, Mobile No.9171765235], is appointed as Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of PW1 at her residence and file a report before this Court on or before 15.11.2019. The applicant shall pay Rs.20,000/ (Rupees twenty thousand only)- as initial remuneration forthwith. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
