This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 06 days in filing the above First Appeal before this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides. 3.Mr.M.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent strongly opposed to condone the delay on the ground that the Suit was decreed and statutory limit already lapsed. 4.Taking into consideration the issue involved and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is allowed as prayed for.
5.Registry is directed to number the First Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same during next week and print the name of Mr.M.Udayakumar, as learned counsel for the Respondent in A.S. at the time of admission.
