Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned recovery notice bearing No.CST/868341/TNVAT/33440461618 dated 12.10.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents not to proceed with recovery proceedings in respect of assessment orders dated 28.08.2014, 05.02.2015 and 09.06.2015 pending disposal of the appeals by the TNSTAT.
