This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the appeal papers.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Placing on record his no objection, the delay will stand condoned subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) by the petitioners to the Madras High Court Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, Chennai within a period of two weeks time. Subject to the above compliance, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
