This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21733 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024, directing the petitioners to stay at Tiruvannamalai District and sign before the Town Police Station, Thiruvannamalai Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the abovesaid submission, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
