O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to correct or rectify the missing document No.5553 of 2012 instead of Document No.2141/1991 in the Non traceable Certificate dated 08.08.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023.

2. This Court is of the view that, petition itself is not maintainable since the application for issuing Non-Traceable Certificate for a particular document bearing Reg.No.2141 of 1991 been considered and certificate was also issued. If petitioner wants Non-Traceable Certificate for different document, he has to file a fresh petition and on such filing of the petition, respondent police will conduct proper enquiry and they will issue Non-Traceable Certificate, if really documents in existence got lost.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 01.11.2023 Index : Yes/No 2/4
