ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2023 seeking compensation with solatium and other benefits as per the present market value for the land of an extent of 32.11 cents in Survey No.105/2 Kolumanguli Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District acquired from the petitioner or remove the water tank and hand over or restore the property to the petitioner.

representation dated 10.07.2023, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2023, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
