PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.10.2023, survey the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in Survey No.281/1D1 consequently transfer the name and provide a separate patta to the petitioner in Alanganeri Revenue Village, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.10.2023 to survey the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in Survey No.281/1D1 and to provide a separate patta to the petitioner in Alanganeri Revenue Village, K.V.Kuppam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023.

3.Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 1, 3 & 4 submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1,3 &4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2023 after conducting enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the interested parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
