This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21491 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the abovesaid submission, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
