2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the petitioner's son is a witness to the case registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.39 of 2019 under Sections 279, 337, 338 of IPC for the same issue, the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.01.2019 has been closed.
