CMP.No.25401 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1349 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent, CMP.No.25402 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and CMP.No.25405 of 2023 has been filed to bring the respondents 4 to 6 as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent on record.

Learned Counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
