O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to conduct further investigation and include all the offences alleged to have been committed by the accused, as stated in the complaint in Crime No.301 of 2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused, S.Snehan, had earlier filed a Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.301 of 2022 and this Court had allowed the said petition, quashed the FIR and imposed costs of Rs.50,000/- on the de facto complainant/petitioner. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, wherein the order of this Court was modified. He further submitted that since the FIR itself has now been quashed, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
