Rs.1,15,000/- and for the unnecessary harasssment of the Petitioner at the hands of respondents 4 to 6 herein and further directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give Police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the illegal harassment of respondents 4 to 6 herein. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2017 for police protection to the petitioner and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
