Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the death of Mrs.Rajeswari Sappany, namely the plaintiff is recorded. Petitioners 1 and 2 herein, namely the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff, are impleaded as Plaintiffs 1 and 2 in the TOS.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is permitted to amend the plaint, today itself.

3. Post the TOS on 03.01.2023.
