This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.25698 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
