ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.130 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur on 20.01.2023, but the same was not taken on file. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
