ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. This case, Cr.No.604 of 2018 is registered for alleged offences under Section 341, 294(b), 506(2) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is a conflict arising between the co-tenants of same compount and it is now stated that the defacto complainant and the accused are not residing in the said compound.

3. As a matter of fact, from the year 2018, summons itself is not served, hence no meaningful trial can be conducted and no useful purpose will be served, hence quashed.
4. Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.61 of 2019 of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
28.08.2025 stn electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
