ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an inquiry .
2. The case of the petitioner is that on 22.07.2025, one Vijay and his friends had kidnapped the petitioner and got signature of the petitioner in blank papers and deeds. In this regard the petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent and the same is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent had called over phone and asked the petitioner to appear for enquiry without issuance of proper summons and the petitioner has been continuously harassed by the second respondent. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the enquiry against him has been closed and he is no longer required for enquiry.
