This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records pertaining the C.C.No.3369 of 2017 pending on the file of Hon'ble XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3.It is seen that there is no merits in this case no points for consideration quash the proceedings. There are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

evidences to attract the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) of IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to accept the case of the petitioner.

4.However, considering the year of the case is 2017, the trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
