This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, it is reported that the accused has since died. The complainant is present and he has no objection for closing the case. As such, the case in STC.No.174 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Bhavani Taluk, Erode is closed as having abated.

Accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 28.08.2025 veda electronically alone.
