When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had been detained as 'Black Marketeer', as contemplated under the Provisions of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act No.7 of 1980), by an order dated 11.10.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.60/BM/2024.

2.Recording the above submission of the learned Government (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
