ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reassess the property tax of the properties owned by the petitioner in terms of the representations dated 11.03.2023 and 30.08.2023 made by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been settled and nothing further survives for adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
