This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pursuant to FIR in Crime No.1080 of 2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after the completion of the investigation in the impugned FIR, the charge sheet was also filed in S.T.C.No.10149 of 2018 before IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and after completion of the trial, judgment has also been pronounced. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. In view of the order passed in the main Original Petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
