ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.B.BALAJI, J.) Considering the limited prayer in the writ petition, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's representations dated 06.08.2024 (made to the first respondent) and 01.10.2024 (made to the second respondent) in order to protect the Government poromboke, namely, Kaaturkuttai situated in Survey

No.333/1, Karanai Puducherry, Vandalore Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is dated 06.08.2024 and the same is yet to be disposed of, we deem it fit to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
