ORDER

The petitioner/K.Senthil Kumar has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to release/handover the document, namely, Sale Deed bearing Document No.1944/2016, dated 24.02.2016 registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Guduvancherry, Chennai, to him.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents producing a copy of the Letter dated 19.11.2019 of the first respondent stated that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the sale deed in question sought to be released was already handed over to Mr.K.Kumaresan and Ms.Varalakshmi on 11.08.2018 itself.

3. Recording the above said submission as well as the Letter dated 19.11.2019 of the first respondent addressed to the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
