The present application is filed for such purpose.

Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to effect service by substituted service in I.P.No.23 of 2022 by effecting publication in one issue of the Tamil daily "Makkal Kural", Chennai edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 12.12.2022.
