ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the first respondent police to complete the enquiry proceedings based on the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Veppanthattai in Cr.M.P. No.86 of 2023 dated 08.02.2023 within a stipulated time.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the allegations made in the petition referred above is the subject matter of FIR dated 17.08.2022 in Crime No.189 of 2022 on the file of the Arumbavoor Police Station, Perambalur District. The petitioner herein is one of the witness in that case and on completion of investigation in the aforesaid FIR, the first respondent has filed final report and taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai in C.C. No.61 of 2023, the petitioner herein is one of the listed witnesses in that case. Since the content of the petition in CMP. No.86 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Page No.2/4
Court, Veppanthattai already been taken note and investigated, nothing survives in this petition.
3. This Court on perusing the records finds that the informations found in the petition filed by the petitioner herein before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai by way of an Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C has been investigated by the respondent police and final report filed. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 07.12.2023 Index :Yes :Yes/No.
