This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to pass an order directing the respondent 1 to 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to install new name board in the front of shop and to carry out repairs in shop bearing door No.11/2, New https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it has been stated by both sides that the matter has been settled between the parties by way of compromise and the name board has been installed in front of the shop. Accordingly, the photo copies of the premises for installation of the name board has been submitted before this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, there survives nothing to be decided in the present petition for adjudication.

4. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
