Civil Miscellaneous Appeals filed under Section 19 (1) of the Family Court against the order passed in I.A.No.2313 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.591 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 12.09.2017 directing the Appellant/Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Respondent/Petitioner and Rs.5,000/- per month to the Minor Daughter S.Jeya Shree totalling Rs.15,000/- per month from the date of filing from 04.07.2016 on every day of the English Calendar month and against the dismissal order passed in H.M.O.P.No.591 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 02.01.2018 to pay a sum. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he had given a letter seeking permission to withdraw the appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
